Customers can now access and manage their account online.
We have recently introduced a new feature to our website,
This feature allows all customers to log into their user account directly from our website.
Once logged into their account, You can view the following ;
* Account details
* Account number
* Information about your system
* Remaining system warranty
* Maintenance contract details
Customers will also be able to download the following items ;
* Invoices
* Service certificates
* Replacement user guides
* Replacement user manuals
Automatic Phone & email notification, When your system is due for a service;
There is no longer a need to worry about unexpected repair costs, because your system warranty has expired,
All existing customers can receive automatic email alerts two weeks before your system runs out of warranty
or before your extended maintenance contract is due to expire.
How to access your Online account ;
To access your account online, simple click on the Client Login button at the top of our homepage,
You will be asked for your email address and password.
What if I have not received a login password ;
We are currently in the process of automatically setting up access for all new and existing customers.
If you would like to have access to your online account, but have not yet received your login details
Just give us a call or drop us an email request and we can arrange this for you.
