24 Hour Emergency Callout Service

We offer a full 24 hour 365 days a year emergency callout service for both existing and new customers.

If you are not a customer of ours, that's not a problem at all. It makes no difference who installed the system, regardless of the make, model or the original installation company we can solve the problem.

If your alarm system should develop a fault and cause nuisance or annoyance during the day or night, help is just a phone call away. Don't be afraid to give us a call day or night, that's what were here for.

How Does the Callout Service Work?

To request an emergency callout couldn't be easier. When calling us you will speak directly to an engineer, Simply explain your problem and they will do the rest. Our engineer will take details from you such as your name, address, postcode etc and then ask some details about the system.

Once the engineer has taken your details, they will arrange your emergency callout time. Emergency callouts during the day or night are all responded to within a maximum period of 4 hours from logging your call. Our average attendance time is around 2 hours during daytime and 1 hour during the night time from receiving your call but may sometimes vary according to your location.

The engineer will attend promptly and the first thing they will do is silence the alarm to avoid further nuisance or annoyance, Then they will look into the nature of the fault or problem.

Our emergency callout engineers carry a wide range of spare parts, allowing them to successfully repair most faults whilst they are on site. Should a more serious fault be found during an emergency callout during the night, the engineer may arrange a visit to repair the problem later that same day after silencing the system and leaving the system decommissioned for use.

We have a fixed price 24 hour emergency callout charge of £29.95. Our prices are very competitive. Engineer time is charged per hour basis at £30.00 per hour.
